Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to prize giveaway(s) (“Prize Giveaways”) organized by Shin Global Media Sdn. Bhd. or on behalf of its partners and clients (the “Organizer”). In the event of any conflict the terms posted at this website shall prevail.
A) No responsibility is accepted for any Prize Giveaway entries that are incomplete, incoherent, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, misdirected, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent/ published due to technical or transmissions failures of any kind or any other reason.
B) Participation in Prize Giveaways constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of the promotion. Prizes will be provided in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions. Any entry not compliant with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the promotion at any time without prior notice.
C) Entries will be judged by the Organizer or the Organizers auditors in any on their merits and/or be selected based on the fulfilment of criteria stated for the Prize Giveaways.
D) Prize winners will be notified via phone call, email or messaging unless otherwise stated and will be required to provide the Organizer their personal details (name, email and contact number and identification) for the purposes of identity verification for prize collection.
E) Should the winner be uncontactable, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.
F) In the event of a dispute, the winner’s entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of the Organizer. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
G) The Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Prize Giveaway or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the Prize Giveaway.
H) Any cost associated with entering the Prize Giveaway is the participant’s responsibility.
I) The Organizer does not assume any liability for any unlawful or unlawfully produced Prize Giveaway entry.
J) The Organizer reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Giveaway.
Malaysian Prize Giveaways for Luxury Vacations, Electronics and Grand Prizes
This offer is valid only to qualified participants in our events. The participant agrees to meet all terms and conditions of the promotion included herein simply by participating. Which are as follows:Participant agrees to provide evidence of meeting the profile terms and conditions should the participant be asked. This may include but no be limited to proof of age, marital status and income depending on the promotion the participant has been entered and included in.The participant agrees to provide the minimum stipulated time required to enjoy a trial or sample of the sponsors products or services. The participant is NOT required to make any commitments now or in the future towards the sponsors products or services. However, awards are given to participants that have met the terms and conditions of participation only. Should the participant refuse to meet the terms of participation the offer of awards will be null and void with immediate effect.Luxury weekend breaks are valid for six (6) months. Which may exclude national, public holidays, or high season dates. It entitles you to a hotel stay up to 4 days & 3 nights in Bali, Phuket, Kota Kinabalu, Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul & Tokyo. Bed and breakfast where applicable subject to availability. A booking charge of 99 MYR per person required upon confirmation of a booking. Electronic goods are premium rated with 6-month warranty. Executive hampers may require a small delivery charge. Grand prize winners of the car will be required to pay tax and delivery and must be over 21 with valid driving license. Grand prize cruise winners receive a full board non-alcohol package. No cash alternatives are offered.
Spin Wheel Game
1) The current “Are you feeling lucky” Spin the Wheel give away is open to married, legal residents of Malaysia aged between 30 to 68 (women) and 38-68 (men). With a minimum joint household income of 14,000 RM per calendar month. With a good command of the English language.The promoter, organiser or auditor of the event may require proof of qualification to award the participant/s.Employees, family or friends of Shin Global Media Sdn. Bhd. or judges or auditors’ staff are strictly not allowed to participate.
2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4) Only one entry will be accepted per person and per household. Multiple entries from the same person or household will be disqualified.
5) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or by failure of the winner to participate. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8). Spins that land on the car or cash award will be entered into the GRAND PRIZE DRAW as well as claiming BOTH major prizes.
9) The prizes are as follows:
GRAND PRIZE: Viking Alaskan Cruise or Princess Cruise (full board, non-alcoholic package)
GRAND PRIZE: Resort World Cruises (full board, non-alcoholic package)
MAJOR PRIZE: Vacation Up to RM1000 Per Night
MAJOR PRIZE: Smart Watch Up to RM2400
STANDARD PRIZE: Vouchers RM50 – RM150
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10) Winners will be chosen at random by software, all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by verifying the same telephone number as the number that the game was sent to.
The winner will be notified by telephone within approximately 72 hours working hours of the verification date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of initial contact, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or return top the auditor if such an entity has been employed by the Organizer.
11) The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
12) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
13) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Malaysia law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
14) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Malaysia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a non-participating third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

16) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy found on the Promoter’s website or available on request.
17) Your personal data is not stored or sold in any format for the benefit of any 3rd party company.
